How do I create an account?
To create an account:
- Click the Sign Up button on the website or login page.
- Fill out the registration form with the required information.
- Submit the form, and check your email for a confirmation link.
- Click the link in the email to confirm your email address. You’ll be redirected to the email confirmation page.
- Set and confirm your password using the form fields provided.
- Once completed, you can log in to your account.
How do I log in to my account?
To log in:
- Go to the login page.
- Enter your registered email address (used during sign-up) and password.
- Click the Login button.
Troubleshooting:
- Ensure you’re using the correct email address and password.
- Clear your browser cache and try logging in again.
- If issues persist, consider resetting your password.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
If you’ve forgotten your password:
- Click the Forgot password link on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address and submit the form.
- Check your email for a confirmation link.
- Click the link to access the password reset page.
- Enter and confirm your new password using the form fields provided.
Password requirements:
- At least one special character
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number
- At least 8 characters
How do I change my email address?
Your email address can’t be changed.
How do I change my password?
To change your password:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to your profile by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
- To change your password: Locate the password field, enter and confirm your new password.
Can I delete my account? How?
If you wish to delete your account:
- To request account deletion, please submit a support ticket through the Support section in your account, specifying your request for account removal.
- Once your request is processed, your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.
Note:
- Deleting your account will stop and delete any ongoing 360° feedback projects
- Data is securely managed and removed from a safe Virtual Private Server (VPS).

To keep your account secure:
- Use a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.
- Log out after using shared or public devices.
What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access to my account?
If you suspect unauthorized access:
- Immediately reset your password using the Forgot Password link on the login page.
- Check your account activity for any unusual changes.
- Contact our support team through the Support section in your account to report the issue and receive further assistance.
